Week #3- Workout #3
I am sick. No. More than sick...I'm VERY sick. I got up this morning and went to the gym. I thought working out would make feel better. Boy was I wrong. By the time I got back home I knew that work or anything else was out of the questions for today.
So I called in sick, lay down on the sofa and Scott covered me with a quilt. That was at 11am...I woke up half an hour ago! The worst part is I still feel like crap!! I'm thinking that I may go back to sleep.
Workout #3 Friday (8:30am)

Total time= 40 minutes
