Week #2-Workout #2

First of all I must say...Mudmasks are great! They clean your pores, remove oil and make your skin feel soft.
(plus they make you very pretty)

This morning I went to the gym before work. I really need to make this a side goal...Wake up early enough to go to the gym in the morning. There are less people, I have more energy during the day and I don't feel the pressure of making time in the evening.

Workout #2-Friday (8:30am)
--Treadmill-Quick walk-Jog/ Hill Incline .2-6/2.39miles/ 45minutes/ Speed 3.2-4.2
--Weights- Stomach/ Back
Total time= 1 hour 15 minutes
