Week #1- Workout #3
I had some very strange dreams this morning. I slept through my alarm for more than 20 minutes too! I woke up with the same headache I had yesterday too!! So-I got a late start to the gym.
I went light today since I intend on doing a long, hard workout tomorrow.
Workout #3-Friday (8:30am)
---Elip.-Quick Walk-Run/Hill Incline 2-16/ 2.45miles/ 30minutes/ Intensity 6-7
Total= 35minutes
