Week #3- Workout #2


What the heck happened to summer?

I got ready for work this morning...I put on my light weight short sleeve shirt...went outside...came back inside...put on my light weight jacket on!

Well-After a long day of work I went to the gym. I must say that I am surprised that I'm doing so well on this goal. I really dislike going but now that I have set the goal and made it publicly known I'm finding it easier to complete.

Workout #2 Wednesday (7:00pm)
---Bike/Hills/ 16.49 miles/ 45minutes/ Intensity 6
---Weights- Chest/ Back/ Arms
Total time= 1 hour 15 minutes
