End o' the month

This is just a little end of the month update since I've been blogging so hit and miss...

1. I have managed to switch my student loans to a better company. This means I can apply for grants to return to school. This also means more money in the bank at the end of the month.

2. Work is going well and I really enjoy going each day! It's nice to feel that way after soooo many years of dreading work every morning.

3. Kerwin is growing into a full manly kitty. He's almost too big to fit under the sofa now. I am sad to report that his voice has not gotten lower with age though. It seems that he may sound like a baby forever.

4. I have made plans to visit California in July! Yay! It will be more than a year since I last saw Mom and Lily. I'm only going for 4 days but it's better than nothing.

5. Two of my very good friends from high school turned 30! Now I can say that they are soooooo old (at least for a few weeks).

6. Yesterday I found part of a car on our back doorstep! I called the police and they came out to have a look. The officer informed me that there have been a rash of car thefts in out neighborhood and he gets call like mine all the time. Well, that makes me feel better.

7. Big news from the doctor on Friday....All the meds that I have been taking have done...NOTHING! In fact, some of my symptoms are worse!!! So, he refered me to a new doctor and has taken me off the dreadful pills. Sigh. Now I have to start over.

8. I'm looking forward to next month.
