What can I say about me? I love coffee (and Ben & Jerry's)!!! I consume books like I do cups of coffee. I can't get enough of them. It's an addiction. What else? I think that the invention of the internet is right up there with sliced bread and flying cars! Um, wait a minute...well, you get the idea. Anything to add? Oh yeah! I moved to Washington state a few years ago from the valley of California. I've been with my wonderful husband (the world renowned journalist) since 2003. I love small cats and I hate small children. I have a degree in Theatre, I work for a theatre, I like to go to the theatre, I dream about theatre...I also like iced tea, pecan pie, homemade soap, sunflowers, my cat and books. Did I mention I like books? AND...That's about it for now. Read on if you want to know more about me and life from my point of view.

It was so nice to see my Mom and Lily waiting for us at the airport. I can't believe it's been more than a year since I last saw them!
We went out to eat and talked the whole time. The best part about family is that you don't feel wierd no matter how long you've been apart.
It was a great first day of our little trip.
