What can I say about me? I love coffee (and Ben & Jerry's)!!! I consume books like I do cups of coffee. I can't get enough of them. It's an addiction. What else? I think that the invention of the internet is right up there with sliced bread and flying cars! Um, wait a minute...well, you get the idea. Anything to add? Oh yeah! I moved to Washington state a few years ago from the valley of California. I've been with my wonderful husband (the world renowned journalist) since 2003. I love small cats and I hate small children. I have a degree in Theatre, I work for a theatre, I like to go to the theatre, I dream about theatre...I also like iced tea, pecan pie, homemade soap, sunflowers, my cat and books. We were there for all of five minutes when Scott started having heart failure..."They have Elephant Ears!" he exclaimed over and over. So we had an elephant ear. Which made Scott very happy. (It was my first one ever and although good I don't see what all the fuss was about.)

The "fuss" was about the fact that we LOVED those when we were little, so while it appeared that Scott was eating an elephant ear, he was actually eating a childhood memory.
