The Makings of a Plan (Our Three Day Vacation)

This is how this story begins:

On Saturday morning, in true Pez planning style, Scott turns to me and says "Hey, we both have the next three days off we should go somewhere."



To which I say, "Yes-Let's!"

Since we have been together we have never had a "real" vacation together. We have never been anywhere for more than a day without having to be somewhere or do something that is planned out for us.

We've never been able to go anywhere when we had holiday time off. We've visited family, which is always fun. However, we've never gotten to go off by ourselves for a holiday. We rarely have had more than two days off together in the last two years!

We have never had any sort of real Anniversary celebration either. We've always talked of doing something but could never afford to do anything more than go out to eat.

In short, we needed a vacation! I mean look at us! We could do with a day off.
