Attack of the snowflakes

It snowed today! This was taken right when it started but it really came down hard and made everything turn white.
I took Kerwin outside for his first romp in the snow. However, he was scared of the fluffy, cold monsters raining down from the sky so we went back inside where it was warm.
(I'm glad that I live somewhere that this sort of thing happens once in a while. It makes life more interesting.)

Extra, extra...Read all about it!

It has been brought to my attention that I may have forgotten to pass the word along to some of you so here goes.....
We are not moving!
That's right...We are staying here for now. Scott's is keeping his job and so am I. We may move closer to Seattle at some point but for now we are staying put.
That is all.

Thankful

Right at this moment I am most thankful for my warm, fuzzy bellied kitty cat. It's cold outside! I'm spending Thanksgiving at home by myself and Kerwin makes for good company. We are all wrapped up in a blanket, eating pecan pie and watching the first season of Party of Five.

Scott went south to spend the holiday with family. I was too sick to go but I'm really ok with that. It's kind of nice to be in my pj's on the sofa with no where to go. Don't get me wrong, I'm sorry that I will miss the chance to spend time with his family but it was impossible for me to survive a 7 hour drive.

So, here I sit, sipping sparkling apple cider...being thankful.

The time change and approaching winter has made all of us very tired...Kerwin seems to be taking it the hardest.
